Bank Is Sued for Firing Gay
CINCINNATI (P)A former employe sued the First National Bank of Cincinnati for $1 million yesterday alleging he was fired because he was a homosexual and that he was wrongfully discriminated against.
Robert Duggan of Cincinnati said he was fired last week after he and other plaintiffs filed suit in federal court seeking to have laws relating to homosexual practices and conduct declared unconstitutional.
Duggan said yesterday the bank had wrongfully discriminated against him. The suit. filed in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court. said the bank paid him $5.600 but it did not note his duties there.
